1974 - The new headmaster arrives in the village looking for Annie Sugden.
1975 - Final appearance of Freda Gimbel.
1980 - Amos Brearly's aunt Emily crashes her car on her way into the village, swerving to avoid Matt Skilbeck in the land rover.
1993 - Last appearance of Jayesh Parmar.
1999 - Liam Hammond kidnaps Zoe Tate and ties Terry Woods up in the cellar. Later, Zoe discovers Liam is her and Chris Tate's half brother. When Liam threatens to kill them both, Zoe fakes a fight with Chris and when Liam breaks up the fight, Zoe manages to grab the gun and shoots him dead.
2002 - Viv Hope's cafe catches alight when a drunk Steph Stokes leaves the chip pan on.
2003 - Charity Tate faints at her preliminary bail hearing. She is granted bail when she discovers she is pregnant.
2004 - Steph Stokes ties up Daz Eden and locks him in the cellar at the B&B, but he manages to escape.
2007 - Grayson Sinclair and Perdita Hyde-Sinclair's embryo is transferred to their surrogate Katie Sugden.
2010 - Hazel Rhodes is told that her son Jackson Walsh will be left paralysed from the shoulders down. Aaron Livesy breaks this news to Jackson.
2013 - Joanie Wright takes out a restraining order against Amy Wyatt.
