- 1992 - Melanie Clifford gets a shock when a man in a mask taps on her window.
- 1996 - First appearance of Lisa Clegg.
- 1997 - Geri Cairns is taken into care after her thirteen-year-old mother Emma tells social workers she doesn't want to keep her.
- 2002 - Marlon Dingle proposes to Tricia Fisher. She turns him down.
- 2003 - Scott Windsor is arrested on the suspicion of rape, having been set up by Yolanda Howie as per-orchestrated by Chris Tate.
- 2004 - Zoe Tate nearly burns down Home Farm while mentally ill. She is taken to hospital and sectioned.
- 2009 - Lexi King kidnaps Angelica King and takes her to the roof of the hospital. After a heated argument, her husband Carl reveals that he never loved her. April Windsor is born to Marlon Dingle and Donna Windsor.
- 2019 - Debbie Dingle and her son Jack Sugden leave the village for a new life in Scotland. Ellis Chapman's father and Jessie Dingle's ex-husband Al Chapman arrives in the village (first appearance of the character).
