- 1973 - Henry Wilks proposes to Alison Gibbons but she rejects him, unsure about marrying again.
- 1985 - Jackie Merrick is seriously injured when Alan Turner knocks him off his motorbike.
- 1996 - Nick Bates confesses to murdering Jed Connell and is arrested.
- 1998 - Sam Dingle throws Jez Hudson into a table at The Woolpack and is later arrested for assault.
- 2002 - Ray Mullan collapses outside the Woolpack and is found by Scott Windsor and Chloe Atkinson.
- 2003 - Jerry Mackinley takes the £8,000 for the church roof and flees the village.
- 2007 - Jimmy King saves Bob Hope's daughter Roxy when she begins to choke.
- 2018 - Gabby Thomas is sentenced to four months community service, while Liv Flaherty is sentenced to four months imprisonment. Chas Dingle is diagnosed with hyperemesis gravidarum.
