1996 - Zoe Tate and Emma Nightingale enter a civil partnership, the first of its kind in a primetime soap opera. Emma gets into a fight with Susie Wilde when Emma nearly discovers Susie's affair with Zoe.
2000 - Kathy Glover is arrested for her protest.
2007 - Hari Prasad attacks his girlfriend Louise Appleton when she decides to not go through with giving evidence against the King brothers. During the ensuing car chase, Hari runs Louise's car off the road.
2012 - Megan Macey sees her son Robbie Lawson for the first time since he was a baby.
2013 - Sean Spencer is electrocuted when he smashes up Brook Cottage.
2014 - Priya Sharma gives birth to a baby girl, Amba, the father being David Metcalfe.
2025 - Joe Tate blackmails Noah Dingle into dropping his police statement about his kidnap and spiking of him. He later reveals to the police that he drunkenly tripped and fell out of the window at Home Farm. Moira Dingle discovers the slurry leak has spread to a nearby stream and into the water supply. Harry Sugden is hospitalised after drinking the contaminated water.

2015 - Amelia Flanagan wins 'Best Young Performance' and Donna's goodbye wins 'Spectacular Scene of the Year' at The British Soap Awards.
