25th January - After finding out about Priya's new job in London, David kidnaps their daughter Amba. Cathy Hope confides in Bernice that she's been experiencing heavy periods.
27th January - Priya and Amba leave the village and move to London.

2nd February - Charity Dingle confides in Cain that she discovered Bails died of a heart attack in prison. Cain begins to make amends with estranged brother Caleb Miligan.
3rd February - Bob and Bernice are made the new owners of The Grange, after managing to outbid Nicola and Jimmy.
2nd March - Al's death is ruled accidental and the case against Kyle is dropped. Paddy's family discovers his plans to kill himself.
3rd March - Chas and Marlon track Paddy down and talk him out of going through with plan to kill himself. Amy proposes to Matty, who accepts.
6th March - Kyle gets into a fight with Carl Holliday, resulting in Kyle pushing Carl into a table.
9th March - During a night out, Victoria Sugden has a panic attack after having flashbacks of the night she was raped by Lee Posner in 2019. Leyla and Suzy Merton get Leyla's former dealer Callum arrested after witnessing him dealing drugs in a nightclub. After an argument, Amy proposes to Matty again, who again accepts.
10th March - During an all-male lock-in at The Woolpack organised by Marlon to help Paddy, Liam reveals to everyone that he'd attempted suicide whilst at medical school.
13th March - Suzy is knocked unconscious after being hit over the head with a brick by Callum after she tells Callum's drug contacts that he's been working with the police.
14th March - Leyla is kidnapped by Callum after she attempts to pay him off.
16th March - After holding Leyla, Suzy, and Jacob hostage at gunpoint in a shed in the woods, Callum hands himself over to armed police, who arrest him for kidnap, false imprisonment and possession of a firearm.
17th March - Cathy goes wild and nearly falls off a bridge. She's taken to hospital where she's informed she may be suffering from depression.
23rd March - Charity and Mackenzie's stag and hen do's take place. Chloe is taken to hospital after being accidentally knocked over by Charity.
27th March - Esther is rushed to hospital due to a high temperature. Samson later blackmails Noah for more money in return for him staying away from Amelia and Esther for good.
28th March - After an argument with Amelia, Noah tells Charity about Samson's blackmail.
29th March - Amelia and Charity confront Samson about him blackmailing Noah. Upon hearing the truth, Sam kicks Samson out of the house.
30th March - Billy adopts his step-son Lucas Taylor, and he and Dawn are given special guardianship of Clemmie Reed. Alex robs a prescription drugs delivery van. Charles catches Alex with the drugs and the pair fight. Later, Billy accidentally runs Alex over as he's fleeing the village.
31st March - Charles is arrested on suspicion of dangerous driving for the hit-and-run on Alex.
3rd April - Kim fires Nicky after him and Gabby reveal their relationship. Nicky later proposes to Gabby, who accepts. Will and Kim learn Billy was responsible for the hit and run on Alex.
4th April - Billy confesses to Charles that he was responsible for the hit and run on Alex. Alex wakes up in hospital.
5th April - Charles visits Alex in hospital and threatens him into keeping quiet about Billy running him over.
6th April - Nicky is revealed to be Caleb's son, and Caleb the illegitimate son of the late Frank Tate. Charles confesses to Manpreet that Billy was responsible for the hit and run on Alex. Later, the charges against Charles are dropped. Rhona's ex-husband Gus Malcolms asks her permission to use their frozen embryos so he and his wife Lucy can have a baby.
14th April - Amelia tells Samson and Noah that she might have breast cancer.
18th April - Samson finally makes amends with Amelia after opening up about losing his mum to cancer when he was a baby.
19th April - Elliot Windsor and Heath Hope accidentally post a picture of Bernice naked on the village group chat. Charity and Mackenzie are arrested after discovering the A-Team van Moira rented for them was previously involved in a robbery. Chloe goes into labour.
20th April - Charity and Mackenzie get married. Chloe gives birth to a baby boy, whom she names Reuben. Amelia learns the lump in her breast is just a cyst.
24th April - Nicky is revealed to be gay after meeting up with secret boyfriend Ally.
27th April - Thomas King, now going by the name 'Tom', returns to the village. Marshall is rushed to hospital after being found unconscious from alcohol poisoning. Cathy looses her temper and attacking Bob during an argument.
28th April - Marshall comes out as gay to his father Colin
1st May - Cathy leaves the village to go stay with her half-brother Scott Windsor in the Lake District.
2nd May - Mary Goskirk is knocked unconscious during a struggle with girlfriend Faye Helders after discovering that Faye's a con artist.
4th May - Reuben is rushed to hospital where he is diagnosed with bacterial meningitis.
11th May - Charity catches Mackenzie at the hospital with Chloe and Reuben realises Mackenzie is Reuben's father.
15th May - Charity publicly exposes Mackenzie as Reuben's father, before declaring their marriage is over.
18th May - Moira decides to sell Butlers Farm to Kim. Wendy Posner discovers Liam is a murder mystery writer writing under the pseudonym 'Anna Le Monde'. Caleb finds out Nicky's gay after seeing him kissing Ally.
25th May - Charles' mum Claudette Anderson arrives in the village. Angelica King is rushed to hospital after being injured in a car crash between Nicola and Moira.
1st June - After Moira saves her during a panic attack, Nicola comes clean to Moira that she was responsible for the car crash. Belle opens up to Tom about her mental health struggles.
2nd June - Charity tells Mackenzie that she wants a divorce.
6th June - On their wedding day, Nicky confesses to Gabby that he can't marry her because he's gay.
7th June - Caleb attacks Nicky upon learning he won't be marrying Gabby. After failing to hack into Kim's bank account to steal her money, Caleb is confronted by Kim and Cain.
8th June - During a heated confrontation with Kim and Cain, Caleb reveals he's the son of Frank Tate. Nicky confesses to Gabby that Caleb is his dad and the full extent of his and Caleb's plan to get revenge on Kim. In turn, Gabby relays this information to Kim, Cain, and the rest of her family. During Sarah's 18th birthday party, Charity witnesses Mackenzie and Chloe kissing. Charles' father Victor Anderson is released from prison after 25 years.
14th June - After discovering that Mackenzie and Chloe are together, a jealous Charity publicly reveals her one-night-stand with Caleb.
15th June - Caleb is pushed from a ridge and left for dead by a mystery assailant.
16th June - Caleb is rushed to hospital after being found by Cain.
19th June - Mackenzie is arrested on suspicion of the attempted murder of Caleb.
20th June - Nicky visits a comatose Caleb and confesses he was the one who pushed him. Belle is informed by the police that her ex-boyfriend Lachlan White has been transferred to an low security prison in Sheffield. Zak Dingle confesses to Chas that he's been struggling with his mobility.
21st June - Caleb wakes from his coma and remembers Nicky was the one who pushed him.
26th June - Laurel Thomas proposes to Jai Sharma, who accepts. Later, whilst searching for his divorce certificate from ex-wife Megan Macey, Jai finds out that he is adopted after finding an adoption certificate.
29th June - Victoria finds out about Liam and Wendy's affair.
3rd July - Cain and Moira kidnap Nate Robinson to prevent him from ruining his ex-fiancée Tracy Metcalfe's wedding, unaware Tracy is marrying Nate. Later, Charles performs a blessing for Nate and Tracy in the church.
5th July - Dan Spencer punches his daughter Amelia's stalker Lloyd Sawyer, who falls to the ground and bangs his head on a rock. Struggling with the guilt, Dan confesses to the police and is arrested.
6th July - After conning Vinny Dingle out of £10,000, Naomi Walters leaves the village for a new life in Ibiza. During an argument, Victor reveals to Claudette that Charles was responsible for sending him to prison. Dawn reveals that she's pregnant.
7th July - After an argument with Charles, Victor collapses and later reveals to Claudette that he has a brain aneurysm.
12th July - Clemmie runs away from home after accidentally injuring Dawn during an outburst after discovering Dawn's pregnancy.
13th July - Clemmie is returned home after being found by Nicky.
14th July - Mary is informed that Faye has been arrested and charged with fraud. After seeing Nicky and Suni on a date, Gabby lashes out and reveals Nicky's past actions to the entire pub.
17th July - Faye blackmails Mary to retract her statement by threatening to send a nude photo of Mary to all of Mary's phone contacts.
19th July - Faye is arrested for witness intimidation, blackmail and breaching her bail conditions after being secretly recorded by Mary confessing to blackmailing her into retracting her statement. Later, while celebrating in the pub, Mary is left horrified to realise Faye had gone through with her threat and sent the nude photo to all her contacts.
20th July - Jai and Laurel's stag and hen do's take place. After breaking up with Arthur, Marshall leaves the village to go live with his maternal aunt and her family in Formby.
21st July - Bernice and Nicola discover Liam and Wendy's affair after catching them kissing.
24th July - Bernice tells Bob about Wendy's affair with Liam.
27th July - Jai and Laurel get married. Before the ceremony, Rishi reluctantly reveals that his brother Amit Sharma is Jai's biological father. Rishi later dies from unknown causes after missing the wedding.
28th July - Rishi is found dead at the bottom of the stairs by Jai.
31st July - Georgia leaves the village to stay with Priya and Amba in London.
3rd August - Lloyd dies in hospital just as Dan pleads guilty to his attack in court, unknowingly admitting to murder. Nicola unveils a new bus shelter in memory of Harriet Finch and Liv Dingle, whom both died in October 2022.
10th August - After taking Laurel to his late wife's memorial bench and after being talked down by Laurel, Colin returns Laurel to Jai and is arrested. After initially deciding to go on the run to Ireland with Amelia and Esther, Dan changes his mind and returns to the village.
11th August - Laurel is informed by the police that Colin has been sectioned.
14th August - Bob has a heart attack after attacking Liam. Jai and his family scatter Rishi's ashes.
17th August - Dan is sentenced to 8 years imprisonment for Lloyd's manslaughter. Lydia encounters old friend Craig Reed at a jobs fair and tells him about their stillborn son, Toby Finn.
23rd August - Mackenzie cheats on his girlfriend Chloe with his wife Charity.
24th August - Reuben's christening takes place. Moira, Chas and Cain find out that Charity and Mackenzie slept together.
30th August - Charles confesses to Manpreet that he stole her necklace and planted it in Victor's jacket. Nate finds out that his colleague Corey Sanderson is secretly smuggling guns and tells Caleb.
31st August - Caleb is beaten up after confronting Corey and his client Harry about the guns. Nate tells Tracy and Cain the truth about his job.
4th September - Dawn and Kim find out Gabby tried to kiss Billy and tried to blackmail him into beating up Nicky after Billy comes clean. After getting Cain and Nate to make amends, Caleb offers them and Nicky an equal partnership in the car hire business.
5th September - Craig rapes Lydia when the two are alone together in his office.
7th September - Tom is attacked and mugged by two lads who steal his car.
12th September - Cathy finds out from April about Wendy's affair with Liam and about Bob's heart attack.
13th September - Cathy is officially diagnosed with premenstrual dysphoric disorder.
14th September - During an argument with Bob, Cathy lashes out and smashes a window at The Grange and pushes Wendy to the ground. Lydia reports her rape to the police, but doesn't name Craig as her attacker.
18th September - Jacob is rushed to hospital after going into anaphylactic shock caused by a nut allergy.
20th September - After being cornered in an office by Craig, Lydia stands up to him and brands him a rapist.
21st September - Gail Loman discovers that her and Ryan Stocks' son Oscar, who they gave up for adoption in 2010 has been diagnosed with aplastic anaemia and needs a bone marrow transplant.
22nd September - After confiding in Marlon, Gail comes clean to Ryan about Oscar and his diagnosis.
25th September - After discovering she could be pregnant again, Mackenzie proposes to Chloe, who accepts.
26th September - Gail and Ryan go to the hospital to meet Oscar, but Ryan gets cold feet and leaves. Chloe discovers she isn't pregnant.
27th September - Chloe comes clean to Mackenzie that she isn't pregnant. Mackenzie later proposes to Chloe again, who again accepts.
28th September - Charles drunkenly attacks Tom in The Woolpack.
29th September - Charles confesses to Claudette that he framed Victor for stealing Manpreet's necklace.
5th October - Lydia confides in Kim that Craig raped her. It's revealed Cain and Caleb are holding someone hostage at Wylies Farm.
6th October - Moira discovers Cain and Caleb are holding someone hostage. Charity and Mackenzie are overheard talking about them sleeping together. Jai comes clean to Suni that they're brothers.
9th October - Cain and Caleb's mystery hostage is revealed to be their nephew Aaron Dingle (last seen in last October). Later, Chas discovers her brothers are holding Aaron hostage and orders them to free him. Chloe is revealed to be the one who overheard Charity and Mackenzie's conversation. Jai and Suni's father Amit Sharma arrives.
10th October - Mackenzie, Chloe and Charity are involved in car crash when their car is hit by a van, causing the car to tumble down towards the edge of the cliff. Mackenzie only has enough time to save one person before the car falls down the cliff with either Chloe or Charity inside. Lydia tells Sam, Belle and Mandy that Craig raped her.
11th October - Mackenzie pulls Charity out of the car as the car falls down the cliff with Chloe inside. Mackenzie and Charity go down the cliff to find Chloe barely alive as the ambulance arrives. Chas discovers her new boyfriend Harry's true nature as he turns violent on her.
12th October - Chloe is put into an induced coma after undergoing brain surgery. Sam confronts and attacks Craig for raping Lydia. Harry holds Chas hostage in the boot of his car.
13th October - Lydia tells the police that Craig was the man who raped her. Later, Lydia tells Samson, who at first is reluctant, but eventually believes her. Craig is arrested. Amit confesses to Suni that Rishi fell down the stairs after losing his balance during a heated argument with Amit, resulting in his death. Mackenzie tells Moira the truth about the car crash. Cain and Caleb save Chas from Harry, despite Aaron's interference.
16th October - Craig is released pending further investigation. Lydia confides in Rhona about her rape. Vinny convinces Aaron not to leave the village.
17th October - The whole village finds out Lydia was raped after Samson accidentally tells Cathy. Suni confides in Nicky the truth about Rishi's death.
18th October - Cain offers to exact revenge on Craig on Sam's behalf over raping Lydia.
19th October - Caleb attacks Amit after discovering Amit attacked Nicky, after Nicky reveals to Amit that he knows the truth about Rishi's death. Chloe wakes from her coma, but doesn't remember anything about the car crash.
20th October - During a moment alone with Reuben, Chloe is revealed to remember everything about the car crash.
23rd October - Chloe tells Amy about Mackenzie sleeping with Charity and the truth about the car crash. Belle discovers Tom's mum Colleen King has died from a heart attack.
24th October - Ryan discovers he's not a donor match for Oscar, but Gail discovers that she is. Jacob and Victoria spend the night together.
25th October - Lydia is informed that Craig won't be charged due to lack of evidence. Ryan meets Oscar for the first time.
26th October - After Belle, Mandy and Vinny sabotage his business meeting, Craig confronts the Dingles in The Woolpack, taunting them and threatening them with legal action. April tells Samson about Cathy's plan to use him to get pregnant to treat her premenstrual dysphoric disorder. Gail undergoes an operation to donate her bone marrow to Oscar.
27th October - Craig is murdered by a mystery assailant and his body is left lying in a field.
30th October - Craig's body is found by Billy. Lydia starts to question her family. It's revealed that Cain and Sam kidnapped Craig and Lydia finds out. Lydia stands up to Craig and then wants Sam and Cain to let Craig go. Belle reveals her alibi and marriage proposal from Tom, but flashbacks reveal that Belle rejects Tom's proposal and Tom accidentally lashes out at Belle, causing her to bang her head on the table.
31st October - Charity reveals that she was with Chas in The Woolpack on the day that Craig was killed, but flashbacks reveal Charity telling Chas that she wants to get back together with Mackenzie. Aaron and Vinny reveal their alibi, confirming that they were at the scrapyard and encouraged a game of poker, but flashbacks reveal Aaron finds out Vinny was spying on him and blackmails him to give him all of the money from the sale of the house. Caleb and Nate reveal their alibi, but Caleb forgets a very hurtful detail when flashback reveals that Tracy went to confront him following Nate's confrontation with Amit, discovering Caleb brought Nate with him when he attacked Amit. During the argument, Caleb and Tracy end up kissing.
1st November - Mandy reveals her alibi; Eric came to the salon and helps Mandy with the till, but then flashbacks reveal Mandy discovers Eric's secret; he reveals that he has Parkinson's disease. Marlon reveals his alibi; he was at the hospital to hear the update about his health since his stroke, but flashbacks reveal Marlon bumps into Rhona's ex-husband Gus and his wife Lucy, who's now heavily pregnant. Then, he discovers they went behind Rhona's back and used one of her embryos. Marlon returns home but doesn't tell Rhona about his discovery. Afterwards, Sam admits to Lydia that he hasn't told the full truth about his version of the day when Craig was killed.
2nd November - Flashbacks on the day when Craig died reveal that Sam frees Craig in the barn, but he and Cain chase after Craig and confront him. Sam violently beats Craig up and leaves him in the road. An alive Craig walks through the fields where he was found by Kim who was riding her horse, but she refuses to help him. As she leaves, Craig grabs Kim's horse and then the horse kicks him to death. Cain arrives at the scene and finds Kim with Craig, convincing her to walk away. Later, Kim lets her horse go and lets it go wandering. In the present day, Sam confesses to his family that he was responsible of Craig's death, while Kim is questioned by the police and lies about her horse's disappearance.
3rd November - Charity confesses to Mackenzie that she still loves him, but he rejects her in favour of Chloe, fearing he'll lose Reuben. Sam is arrested on suspicion of Craig's murder.
6th November - Sam is questioned about Craig's murder, but is released when forensics confirm Craig died from a head injury sustained from being kicked by a horse. Despite this, Lydia decides she needs space from Sam and moves out. Tom and Belle leave the village to attend Colleen's funeral.
7th November - Will informs Sam that Lydia has moved into Home Farm. Eric is officially diagnosed with Parkinson's disease. Afterwards, Eric ends his relationship with Brenda. Jacob finds out about Eric's diagnosis after finding a referral letter at Abbott Lane Surgery.
8th November - Tracy tells Jai, Laurel and Nicola about Amit attacking Nicky. Billy witnesses Aaron bullying Vinny for money.
9th November - Chas confronts Aaron after discovering he's been extorting money from Vinny, and later cuts ties with him. Aaron confronts Vinny and punches him, but later apologises and opens up to him about his dad's abuse and Liv's death. Eric tells Brenda that he's been diagnosed with Parkinson's disease and they reconcile.
10th November - Nicola discovers that Bernice took out a loan of £20,000 in her name, after bailiffs remove her home's belongings. Bernice does a runner to avoid facing Nicola.
13th November - After being found hiding at Brook Cottage, Bernice comes clean to her family and friends about her debts. Afterwards, Nicola decides to report Bernice to the police. Marlon tells Mary about Gus and Lucy using Rhona's embryos and that Lucy's now heavily pregnant.
14th November - Bernice gives Nicola her share of The Grange in exchange for Nicola not reporting her to the police for fraud. Afterwards, Bernice leaves the village and moves to Portugal to make amends with her mum Diane Sugden. Marlon tells Rhona about Gus and Lucy using Rhona's embryos without her knowledge and that Lucy's now heavily pregnant. As Mackenzie is about to break up with her to reunite with Charity, Chloe collapses and is rushed to hospital.
16th November - Rhona confronts Gus and Lucy about them stealing her embryos. During the confrontation, Lucy goes into labour and is rushed to hospital where she gives birth to a premature baby girl, but later tragically dies due to complications of childbirth. Mackenzie cheats on Chloe with Charity again.
20th November - Mackenzie breaks up with Chloe, admitting his affair with Charity, before reuniting with Charity.
21st November - Chloe attacks Charity in the street after seeing Charity and Mackenzie together, before revealing to Amy her revenge plan against Mackenzie by fleeing the village with Reuben. Rhona and Marlon tell April the truth about baby Ivy.
23rd November - Cain tells Caleb about his and Kim's involvement in Craig's death. Despite Mackenzie's attempts to stop her, Chloe flees the village with Reuben.
27th November - On his birthday, David finds out about Jacob and Victoria.
28th November - David confronts Jacob about his relationship with Victoria. Eric walks in and, misunderstanding the context of their argument, confesses to David that he's been diagnosed with Parkinson's disease. Tracy cheats on Nate with Caleb again.
30th November - Following a violent row with Jacob over Victoria, David decides to leave the village and moves to London with his son Theo Metcalfe to be with his daughter Amba. During a night out, Nicky and Suni are attacked by Mike Wentworth. As Suni is rushed to the hospital, Ethan is arrested for assault following his altercation with Mike, who claimed Ethan was carrying a knife.
4th December - Caleb and Amit join forces to get revenge on Mike for the attack on Nicky and Suni.
5th December - Ethan is informed that Mike has been arrested for the attack on Nicky and Suni.
7th December - Nate gets pulled over by the police for speeding in Caleb's car and is given a £2,500 fine for having bald tyres. Nicky finds out about Caleb and Tracy's affair. Kim confesses to Lydia the truth about Craig's death, but doesn't mention Cain's involvement.
8th December - Lydia tells Sam about Kim's involvement in Craig's death. Later, Lydia decides to take a break from the village and goes to stay with her mum.
12th December - After a talk with Matty, Mackenzie realises that Amy knows Chloe and Reuben's whereabouts.
13th December - On her way to see Chloe and Reuben with Matty, Amy realises Mackenzie and Charity are following them and that Matty told them. During a confrontation, Mackenzie steals Amy's phone and messages Chloe to meet. However, Chloe works out Mackenzie's plan and messages saying he'll never see Reuben again, before fleeing again.
14th December - During a confrontation over Chloe and Reuben, Matty punches Mackenzie for badmouthing Amy. After meeting with Amy, Chloe meets with her adoptive father Damon, who's revealed to be Chas' kidnapper Harry, and asks for him to help her and Reuben flee the country. Amelia finds out that Dan is being transferred to a prison in Birmingham.
18th December - Charles almost attacks Aaron whilst defending Chas after Aaron badmouths her. After an argument with Charity, Mackenzie is kidnapped and held hostage by Harry.
19th December - Aaron publicly humiliates Ethan over their one-night-stand to get back at Charles for defending Chas. As a result, Chas and Paddy cut ties with Aaron and stop him from seeing Eve. Suni is informed that Mike pleaded guilty to attacking him and Nicky and has received a fine and community service.
20th December - Will confronts Kim after overhearing an argument between her and Sam, where Kim confesses to Will the truth about her involvement in Craig's death. Mackenzie finds out that Harry is Chloe's adoptive father.
21st December - Chloe discovers Harry has kidnapped Mackenzie. During a confrontation, Chloe reveals to Mackenzie that she already knew he slept with Charity and the truth about the car crash. Tracy finds out Nicky knows about her affair with Caleb. After seeing Gus struggling with baby Ivy, Mary allows them to stay with her, Rhona and Marlon. Dawn gives birth to a baby boy at Home Farm.
22nd December - Chloe frees Mackenzie, but he's soon recaptured by Harry and his henchmen.
25th December - Chloe tries to sneak back to the village with Reuben, but is followed by Harry, who knows she tried to help Mackenzie escape. Charity and Chas see Chloe with Harry and follow them in their car, and after discovering Harry is Chloe's adoptive father, they realise Harry has kidnapped Mackenzie. Chas tries to call the police, but is caught by Harry's henchman, who's knocked unconscious by Charity. Harry attempts to shoot Mackenzie, but Chloe stands in his way. Charity charges at Harry and they struggle over the gun, resulting in Charity accidentally shooting Harry dead. Moira finds out about Caleb and Tracy's affair.
26th December - Charity, Mackenzie and Chloe are questioned by the police about Harry's death, where they are released pending further investigation. After Chloe threatens to frame Charity for murder, Mackenzie says a final goodbye to Reuben, before Chloe leaves for good with Reuben. Moira threatens Caleb and Tracy to end their affair.
27th December - After Caleb ends their affair, Tracy blackmails him into helping her set up her nursery business. Suni tells Jai and Laurel about Amit's role in Rishi's death.
28th December - With help from professional ice dancers Jayne Torvill and Christopher Dean, Belle proposes to Tom, who accepts. Jai has Amit arrested for his role in Rishi's death, but he's released as there's no evidence of foul play. Struggling to cope with Lucy's death, Gus disappears and leaves baby Ivy in Rhona's care.
29th December - Cathy steals Wendy's car with Heath and Angelica to attend a party in Hotten.
