2nd January - Cathy and Angelica are arrested for causing death by dangerous driving. While both are being questioned by the police, Cathy reveals Angelica was driving when the crash happened but Angelica denies it.
22nd January - Chas discovers that she has triple-negative breast cancer.
23rd January - Angelica confesses to Bob that she was driving the car when it crashed and killed Heath. Subsequently, Angelica is arrested and charged with causing death by dangerous driving.
26th January - During another violent confrontation with Aaron at Holey Scrap, Cain collapses from a serious brain injury and is rushed to hospital. Tracy ends her affair with Caleb again after finding out about him and his estranged wife Ruby.
29th January - Chas tells her family that she has triple-negative breast cancer.
30th January - After finding out about Chas' cancer, Aaron decides to leave the village. But after talking to Mackenzie and initially leaving, Aaron returns and reunites with Chas.
31st January - Chas tells Paddy and Eve Dingle about her cancer. Charity and Mackenzie open up to each other about what happened at Christmas 2023. Jimmy confesses to Bob that he told Angelica to keep quiet about her causing the crash that killed Heath.
1st February - Cathy is informed that the charges against her have been dropped. Angelica pleads guilty to causing death by dangerous driving.
5th February - Tracy tells Nate that she doesn't love him anymore and ends their marriage, but doesn't tell him about her affair with Caleb. Gus Malcolms tells Rhona Goskirk that he wants his daughter Ivy Malcolms back full-time.
8th February - Tom King and Belle Dingle's stag and hen do's take place. Struggling with Gus' plans to move to France with Ivy, Rhona takes Ivy and flees the village.
12th February - After being talked out of fleeing to Canada with Ivy by Vanessa and Marlon Dingle, Rhona plans to return Ivy, but is arrested for kidnap after Gus shows up with the police.
13th February - After being questioned, Rhona is charged with kidnap. Gus gets taken into custody when Rhona tells the police about Gus stealing her passport to forge her consent for Gus and Lucy to use her embryos to conceive Ivy.
14th February - Belle finds out her dad Zak Dingle won't be able to attend her and Tom's wedding after sustaining a severe back injury. Ruby finds out about Caleb and Tracy's affair after seeing them both together.
15th February - Tom and Belle get married. At the wedding reception, Ruby publicly exposes Caleb and Tracy's affair, resulting in Nate attacking Caleb. After leaving the wedding reception, annoyed with Belle for wanting to read a letter from her late mum Lisa Dingle, Tom lashes out and scrutinises Belle and the Dingles.
19th February - After realising she's not Caleb's priority, Ruby proposes an alliance to Kim to make Caleb suffer.
22nd February - Haunted by Harry's ghost and after having a nightmare, Charity lashes out and unintentionally stabs Mackenzie. After being found by Moira, Mackenzie is rushed to hospital and Charity is arrested.
23rd February - Nate tells Tracy that he wants to start divorce proceedings.
26th February - After the police speak to Mackenzie about the circumstances of his stabbing, Charity is released.
29th February - Chas informs Aaron, Cain and Caleb that her cancer has been caused by a faulty BRCA2 gene and that they could've inherited it too, as well as their children. During a confrontation with Rhona over her pleading not guilty to kidnapping Ivy, Gus is pushed to the ground by Marlon. Afterwards, Gus offers a deal with Rhona to get her kidnapping charges dropped and to let her have access to Ivy in return for her lying that it was his late wife Lucy Malcolms who stole her passport, not him, in order to forge her consent to use her embryos, to get his fraud charges dropped.
4th March - After meeting with Gus to talk about his deal offer, Rhona realises he's been playing her to get his fraud charges dropped and vows to fight to get Ivy back. After meeting with the doctor, Chas decides to have a double mastectomy.
5th March - After witnessing a physical confrontation between Nate and Caleb, Aaron and Cain decide to team up with Nate to teach Caleb a lesson. During a karaoke night, Vanessa rekindles her relationship with Suzy Merton.
6th March - With the help of Aaron and Cain, Nate gets revenge on Caleb for his affair with Tracy by stealing cars from his chauffeur company. Charity and Mackenzie discover that the police won't be charging Charity for stabbing Mackenzie.
7th March - After being manipulated by Ruby, Caleb ruins Tracy's start-up nursery presentation by publicly revealing she used to be a prostitute, which provokes Nate into attacking him. Nate gets questioned by the police about Caleb's stolen cars after being tipped off by Ruby, but is released without charge. Kerry Wyatt (who last appears since August 2023) returns to the village in the back of a police car after being accused of stealing jewellery from her ex-fiancé, which she denies, but is later revealed to be true.
8th March - After witnessing Ruby's mind games during a confrontation between Ruby, Tracy and Vanessa, Kim tells Caleb about Ruby's revenge plan against him.
11th March - After finding out about her breast cancer diagnosis, Kerry calls a truce with Chas over her affair with Al Chapman in 2022. Returning home from her first therapy session, Charity feels overwhelmed by Mackenzie's presence and leaves abruptly.
12th March - After Mackenzie finds her broken down in her car on the roadside, Charity decides to end their marriage to focus on her recovery, but soon changes her mind and reconciles with Mackenzie.
13th March - Angelica is sentenced to 8 months detention at a secure children's home. Paddy cheats on Mandy by kissing Chas, but regrets it and later tells Mandy.
14th March - Chas undergoes a double mastectomy to treat her breast cancer.
18th March - Aaron, Cain and Caleb receive the results of their BRCA2 gene test. Cain and Caleb test negative and Aaron tests positive, but lies that he tested negative.
21st March - At his birthday, whilst talking about Chas and Paddy's kiss, Marlon lets slip to Mandy that it was Chas who stopped the kiss, not Paddy. In a moment of anger, Tom kicks and breaks Belle's late mother Lisa's ashes pot.
25th March - Eric, Rodney Blackstock and Vinny discover that Amit is in financial debt after catching him meeting with a loan shark. Mandy gets back at Paddy for kissing Chas by kissing Liam right infront of him. Tom secretly installs a tracking device on Belle's phone.
26th March - With help from Vinny, Eric breaks into Holdgate Farm to look for evidence against Amit.
27th March - After witnessing Amit giving money from the company to a loan shark and seeing him lie that he was mugged, Jai realises Amit could've been involved in Rishi Sharma's death and joins forces with Eric to bring him down. After reconciling, Paddy proposes to Mandy, who accepts.
28th March - During a confrontation at Holdgate Farm, Jai pushes Amit down the stairs, after Amit admits that he did push Rishi down the stairs, resulting in his death, after they had an argument about money they were due to inherit and about Amit's debts, which Jai secretly recorded. Amit later mysteriously disappears. Feeling lonely and sorry for herself, Tracy gets drunk and kisses Nate, who rejects.
29th March - Amit is revealed to be locked in the Holdgate Farm store room by Jai. Jai blackmails Amit into signing his shares of Hawksford Outdoor Pursuits, including Suni Sharma's inheritance, over to him and forces him to leave the village for good or he'll reveal the recording of him confessing to killing Rishi. Liam discovers Aaron tested positive for the BRCA2 gene.
1st April - Paddy, Rhona and Vanessa are informed that Pearl Ladderbanks has died. After a slip of the tongue from Liam, Chas discovers Aaron tested positive for the BRCA2 gene. Aaron later confronts and attacks Liam.
4th April - During a confrontation in The Woolpack between Ruby, Caleb and the Dingles, Ruby accidentally elbows Chas in the chest. After Belle chooses to go to the Hide Bar & Bistro instead of staying at home with him, Tom lashes out and trashes Dale Head, but lies to Belle that they were burgled.
8th April - Cain lashes out and smashes the air fryers Ruby bought to make amends with the Dingles with a sledgehammer. After overhearing Cain badmouthing Ruby, Caleb disowns him. After secretly installing a CCTV camera in Dale Head to spy on Belle, Tom kidnaps their dog Piper, who was in Vinny's care, and keeps her hidden at Emmerdale Veterinary Surgery in an attempt with ruin Belle and Vinny's friendship.
10th April - Caleb is rushed to hospital after being found collapsed from severe stomach pains and is later diagnosed with appendicitis. Charles Anderson proposes to Manpreet Sharma who at first, put on the spot, accepts, but later turns him down.
12th April - Rhona is found not guilty of kidnapping Ivy.
17th April - Amy and Matty get married, after Eric pays for the wedding when Kerry confesses she can't afford it. After lying to Kerry about the value of a necklace she intended to pawn to pay for the wedding, Eric secretly pawns the necklace himself.
18th April - Tom knocks Vinny out at the scrapyard and leaves him to die. Victoria breaks up with Jacob. Later, angry seeing Jacob upset, Eric blackmails Jai into sacking Victoria from The Hide or he'll tell Suni the truth about Amit's departure.
19th April - Vinny is rushed to hospital after losing consciousness and collapsing from a head injury sustained from Tom. Victoria loses her job at The Hide after Jai succumbs to Eric's blackmail and plants a glass shard in a pizza intended for Laurel.
23rd April - Victoria is arrested for aggravated assault after slapping Leyla, who lashed out at Victoria, blaming her for Jacob wanting to defer his studies and calling her just as bad as Maya Stepney.
24th April - Gus is sentenced to 8 years imprisonment for fraud by false representation after Rhona refuses to go through with her prepared victim impact statement and speaks out about how Gus' actions have affected her and her family.
26th April - Evan Fletcher is rushed to hospital after falling from his changing table. At the hospital, Dawn meets Rose and, after Will and Kim arrive, discovers she's her mother.
29th April - After getting drunk at The Woolpack, Manpreet tells Billy Fletcher that she has a crush on him and tries to kiss him, which is overseen by Charles' mum Claudette Anderson, but Billy rejects her. After Dawn rejects Rose's pleas for a second chance, Kim pays Rose to leave and never return.
30th April - Charles finds out Manpreet tried to kiss Billy after overhearing them talking in the street.
1st May - Evan is rushed to hospital after Dawn notices a bruise on his leg, where Dawn and Billy are informed Evan could have leukaemia. With Charity's encouragement, Chas looks at her mastectomy scars for the first time.
2nd May - Moira accidentally soaks Ruby after driving through a puddle.
3rd May - Evan is diagnosed with acute lymphoblastic leukaemia. Ruby starts a rumour that Moira has scabies as revenge for Moira soaking her. Belle has a pregnancy scare, but later discovers she's not pregnant.
7th May - During a dinner hosted by Tom and Belle, Rhona and Marlon get into an argument over recent events and Rhona declares their marriage is over. After the dinner, Tom confronts Belle about secretly taking her contraceptive pill, and purposely burns her hand under a hot water tap.
8th May - After an argument with Caleb, Nicky Miligan moves out of Mill Cottage and moves in with Suni. After an emotional conversation over the night before, Rhona and Marlon agree to save their marriage.
9th May - Nicky is knocked unconscious after being injured in a car crash caused by Ethan Anderson, who was over the alcohol limit. After Ethan panics and flees the scene, Nicky is rushed to hospital after being found lying unconscious by Moira. Kerry discovers Eric lied to her about the value of her necklace after overseeing him on an auction website.
10th May - After initially believing Nicky was drink driving, Caleb and Ruby are informed that Nicky's bruises prove he was in the passenger seat, meaning someone else caused the crash and left him for dead. Kerry reveals to Amy and Matty that Eric conned her over the necklace she intended to pawn to pay for their wedding.
13th May - Ethan confesses to Charles that he was responsible for the crash that put Nicky in hospital and begs Charles for a false alibi. Struggling with his conscience, Charles calls the police and Ethan is arrested.
14th May - After being questioned, Ethan is released on bail pending investigation.
15th May - After initially deciding to go on the run, Ethan decides to stay in the village, but disowns Charles for having him arrested.
16th May - After overhearing Lydia and Mandy badmouthing him, Tom gets into an argument with Belle, resulting in Tom punching Belle in the stomach. Belle later throws Tom out of the house. Caleb tries to attack Ethan, but is stopped by Cain.
21st May - Manpreet discovers Ella Forster is homeless after finding her sleeping in her car. Upon hearing this, Liam lets her move into Tenant House. Cain, Caleb and Ruby vow revenge on Ethan.
22nd May - Ethan is run over and left for dead by a mystery driver. After making it back to the village, Ethan collapses at the village fete, and is later confronted by Ruby, who's revealed to be the driver who hit Ethan, who vows to kill him if Nicky doesn't pull through. Charity and Mackenzie are walked in on sleeping together in a barn by a group of villagers.
23rd May - On the anniversary of Lisa's death, Belle lashes out and publicly pushes Tom to the ground after Tom quietly makes a snidey remark about Lisa. Nicky wakes up from his coma in hospital. Caleb discovers Ruby was responsible for the hit and run on Ethan. Ethan confesses to Nicky that he left him to die after the crash, and is later charged with dangerous driving and leaving the scene of an accident.
24th May - After yesterdays antics, Belle decides to check herself into a mental health unit. Ella discovers that June Phillips, who she had been visiting in a care home, has died of a heart attack.
27th May - Ethan overhears Ruby and Rose talking and discovers that they're both working together to take down Kim. In an effort to bring Belle home, Tom drugs their dog Piper.
28th May - Ahead of his plea hearing, Ethan unexpectedly collapses at home and is rushed to hospital, where he later dies.
29th May - Overwhelmed with guilt, Ruby confesses to Nicky that she killed Ethan.
30th May - Whilst attending June's funeral, Ella is branded a child killer infront of Liam.
31st May - Ella confesses to Liam that her real name is Ruth Davies and that she unintentionally killed her friend and June's daughter Joanne Phillips in a fit of rage in 2005 on her 11th birthday. Afterwards, Liam breaks up with Ella. The whole village soon discovers Ella's secret after Leyla and Suzy investigated Ella's past.
3rd June - Ella leaves the village after being forced out by Liam.
5th June - Samson Dingle passes his driving test. After discovering Rhona talking about Ivy christening without him, Marlon loses his temper and throws a bowl across the room.
6th June - On a camping trip with Paddy, Marlon decides he wants a divorce, but when Rhona shows up after making amends with Gus, the pair reconcile. Matty is arrested after Samson gets stabbed by the knife he was holding after Samson's transphobic friend Josh Cope pushes him towards Matty during a confrontation, whilst Samson is rushed to hospital.
7th June - Samson lies to the police that Matty stabbed him without provocation after being threatened by Josh. Tom sells Belle's car behind her back.
10th June - Belle discovers she's pregnant, but keeps it a secret from Tom. After Cain and Matty both urge Samson to tell the truth, Matty gets arrested for breaching his bail conditions after Samson informs the police that Matty pressured him to change his statement.
11th June - As Tom is about to attack her, Belle reveals that she's pregnant. Matty is denied bail and is sent to prison on remand.
12th June - Tom goes behind Belle's back and reveals her pregnancy. With Nicky hating her and after talking with Charles about Ethan, Ruby struggles with her guilt and decides to confess to the police. After spending the day together, Vinny and Gabby end up kissing.
13th June - Ethan's funeral takes place. Ruby discovers she didn't kill Ethan when the post-mortem reveals Ethan died from a hereditary brain aneurysm. During an argument with Caleb and Ruby, Nicky punches Caleb. Tom deliberately locks Belle in Dale Head, which leads to Belle almost getting trapped in a fire.
18th June - Manpreet moves out after Charles ends their relationship. Desperate to save Matty, Moira pins Samson to a wall and tries to threaten him to tell the truth. Belle discovers Tom's been spying on her by putting a tracking app on her phone.
19th June - Belle decides to have an abortion without Tom's knowledge. After getting drunk, Cain punches a door during an argument with Moira when she compares him to Shadrach Dingle.
21st June - Belle aborts her and Tom's baby without Tom's knowledge, and later lies to Tom that she's had a miscarriage. In a bid to save Matty, Kerry attempts to record Josh confessing.
24th June - After finding a parking ticket from the day before the 'miscarriage' and Noah Dingle lets slip that Belle lied about her whereabouts on that day, Tom realises Belle had an abortion and, in a fit of rage, smashes up a barn with a metal bar, but gets electrocuted when he accidentally hits the barn's rotary isolator, and is later rushed to hospital when he's found unconscious by Paddy, but doesn't tell Belle that he knows about the abortion. Belle opens up to Rachel about Tom's behaviour.
27th June - Tom manipulates Belle into confessing to the abortion. After speaking to Eric, Laurel confronts Jai, who admits that Amit confessed to killing Rishi, but lies that Amit gave him his shares in Hawksford Outdoor Pursuits in exchange for his silence, and about Eric's blackmail. Dawn and Billy bring Evan home from hospital.
28th June - After confronting Eric about Amit killing Rishi, Laurel discovers that Jai pushed Amit down a flight of stairs, broke his leg and held him captive, before blackmailing Amit to sign over his shares in Hawksford Outdoor Pursuits to him, including Suni's inheritance. After getting suspicious of Tom's behaviour towards Belle, Charity confides in and teams up with Chas and Lydia to investigate.
1st July - After Isaac Dingle's pet lamb Minty dies, Cain and Moira apologise for their recent actions and reconcile.
3rd July - Tom applies for a job in Wales without Belle's knowledge. After an argument with Jai, Laurel suffers a heart attack and collapses, but is found by Gabby and rushed to hospital.
4th July - After Charles confronts him about an invoice for his car from the day after Ethan's hit-and-run, Caleb lies that he ran over Ethan to protect Ruby. Laurel tells Suni the truth about Amit killing Rishi and about Jai blackmailing Amit for his shares in Hawksford Outdoor Pursuits and leaving the village. As a result, Suni disowns Jai and, after telling Nicky the truth, decides to leave the village and asks Nicky to join him. Nicky at first is reluctant, but after another argument with Caleb and Ruby over recent events, changes his mind and leaves the village with Suni. Laurel ends her marriage to Jai. Matty confides in his cellmate Les Carmichael that he's transgender.
8th July - Overwhelmed with guilt, Ruby confesses to Claudette that she was the one who ran over Ethan, not Caleb, which Charles overhears. Laurel tells Gabby the truth about Jai and why Suni and Nicky left the village. Amy accidentally exposes Matty as transgender when she mistakes inmate Robbo for Les, resulting in Robbo confronting and attacking Matty.
9th July - Matty is rushed to hospital after being attacked in prison, presumably by Robbo, but later revealed to be Les on Matty's orders.
11th July - Matty confesses to Amy that he asked Les to beat him up. Moira and Mackenzie are arrested after they kidnap Samson to try and convince him to tell the truth about the stabbing. Evan is rushed to hospital with a high temperature after picking up an infection from Billy, who had secretly stopped isolating and socialised with Nate, but Kim, who knows the truth, lies that it was her fault.
12th July - Amy tells Cain, Moira and Mackenzie about Matty asking Les to beat him up. After overseeing Samson and Josh together and speaking to Moira, Lydia interrogates Samson, prompting him to tell Lydia and Sam the truth about the stabbing. During an argument with Will over Evan's hospitalisation, Kim confesses that it was Billy who was responsible and she lied for him.
15th July - Despite Sam wanting him to go on the run to evade justice, Sam confesses the truth about the stabbing to the police after being convinced by Lydia to do the right thing, but doesn't mention Josh's involvement. Afterwards, Sam gets into an argument with Cain in The Woolpack, resulting in Sam punching Cain to the ground. Rose tries to kiss Will, who immediately rejects.
17th July - Matty is released from prison, but later suffers flashbacks of being in prison. After being kicked out of The Woolpack by Chas, Josh and his friends confront her, but Liam intervenes. Ruby tasks Rose to spike Will.
18th July - Samson is formally charged for lying about Matty stabbing him and later stands up to Josh when he confronts Samson for telling the truth. Ella sneaks back to the village to collect her belongings but is caught by Mandy. Rose tries to spike Will, but accidentally spikes Dawn instead, who is later involved in car accident alongside Ella. They're both rushed to hospital, where Ella finds out she is pregnant, and Dawn finds out she was spiked. To cover her tracks, Rose convinces Dawn that Kim was trying to spike her.
19th July - After being set up by Rose and her dealer, Kim moves out of Home Farm for Evan's sake, but vows revenge on Rose, and later oversees Rose talking with the dealer. Tom takes Belle to Wales, under the guise of a holiday.
22nd July - Billy confesses to Dawn that he was responsible for Evan's infection, not Kim. After hearing about Tom applying for a job in Wales, Charity confides in Cain about her worries for Belle. Lydia overhears Rose making a mystery phone call and discovers she was the spiker, and later informs Kim. Ella tells Liam that she's pregnant with his baby, but Liam reacts badly and blurts out Ella's pregnancy to the entire Woolpack.
23rd July - After failing to contact Belle or Tom and learning Belle has been missing her mental health appointments, Cain and Charity break into Dale Head and discover Tom's secret cameras and Belle's phone hidden in a drawer, before driving to Wales and finding their cottage smashed up and blood smeared on the walls.
24th July - Flashbacks reveal that after arriving in Wales for their 'holiday', Belle soon discovers that Tom has accepted a job at a local vets, and realises that he's not letting her ever return to the village. After being criticised over every she did and being violently slapped to the floor by Tom, Belle flees the cottage with Piper, locking Tom inside the cottage. Tom, in a moment of anger, smashes up the cottage before climbing out the window and chasing Belle, but Belle manages to board a bus in time and escapes Tom.
25th July - After being confronted by Cain and Charity, Tom tells them that Belle left, but lied that Belle had a manic episode and that the cottage got smashed during an argument, revealing Belle had an abortion, not a miscarriage. After returning to the village, Belle is confronted by Tom at Dale Head, who taunts her and later tries to force himself on her, but Belle pushes him off and tells him she doesn't want to be married to him anymore. After trying to physically stop her leaving, Tom threatens to kill her, but Belle gets away by threatening to tell Cain about him abusing her. Belle returns to her family, unaware that Tom is watching her from a distance. Jai forces Eric to confess to Brenda and Rodney that he blackmailed and extorted Jai over Amit killing Rishi. After demanding that Ella take a pregnancy test, which comes back positive, Liam demands Ella have an abortion. After talking about her and Paddy's upcoming wedding, Mandy confides in Rhona about her money problems.
26th July - After Vinny overhears Tom badmouthing Belle, Tom blurts out to the entire Woolpack that Belle had an abortion, not a miscarriage. Jai, Laurel and Archie hold a memorial for Rishi. Liam asks Ella for a paternity test.
29th July - Kim meets up with Rose's dealer to get answers and, after realising Rose wasn't the mastermind behind the scheme, suspects Caleb. After moving in with Jimmy and Nicola, Tom allows Belle to move back into Dale Head and has the locks changed, but keeps a spare key for himself.
30th July - Ella goes to the hospital with Liam for her scan, but when the sonographer fails to find a foetus on the scan, Liam accuses Ella of faking her pregnancy and storms off. Later, Ella finds out from Manpreet that she was indeed pregnant, but had a miscarriage after suffering from an anembryonic pregnancy. Convinced Caleb is the mastermind behind Rose's scheming, Kim has his car firm burned down.
31st July - After a confrontation with Caleb, Kim realises Ruby is the mastermind behind Rose's scheming and confronts her. Manpreet tells Liam about Ella's anembryonic pregnancy. After being ignored by Kim, Will is seduced by Rose and they sleep together.
1st August - After Ruby informs her that Kim knows the truth about their scheme, Rose confesses everything to Will just as Kim returns to Home Farm. Kim and Will force Rose to leave the village by threatening to tell Dawn the truth. Rose later disappears after being confronted by a mystery person. Moira violently grabs Samson after catching Cain preparing Samson for prison. After opening up about the miscarriage and recent events, Liam and Ella kiss.
2nd August - After Dawn questions him and Kim about Rose's sudden disappearance, Will lies that Rose fled after he caught her stealing money from the safe, and then confesses to Dawn that Rose was the one who spiked her, not Kim. After his business is burned down, Caleb is suspected of arson.
5th August - Eric confesses to Brenda that he blackmailed Jai into framing Victoria in order to get her fired from The Hide. After meeting with Josh in an attempt to get him to confess, Samson ends up attacking him and is later arrested for aggravated assault. Kim tells Caleb about Ruby and Rose's revenge plan.
6th August - Samson is sentenced to four years imprisonment. Josh is arrested and charged for his role in Matty's false imprisonment due to new video evidence. Amelia discovers Noah was the one who called the police on Samson. Eric comes clean to Victoria that he blackmailed Jai into having her fired from The Hide.
7th August - Victoria blackmails Jai over him setting her up in order to get her job back at The Hide. After Noah confesses to Lydia that he called the police on Samson, Amelia ends their relationship. Aaron meets up with a man on a dating app in Eric's car, who, after fixing his van and sleeping together, leaves Aaron stranded, who left his wallet and Eric's car keys in his van.
8th August - Whilst chauffeuring Eric to a funeral, Victoria meets the deceased's son (unaware he's the man Aaron slept with), who introduces himself as John Sugden, and learns from Eric that John could be her half-brother. Noah confesses to Charity that he got Samson arrested.
9th August - In order to solve her money debts, Mandy starts working as an online dominatrix. After an altercation with John, Aaron and Mackenzie team up to get revenge.
12th August - Aaron and Mackenzie steal John's van and accidentally sink it into a lake. As revenge, John tricks Aaron into trying to kiss him, before rejecting and humiliating him.
13th August - Nicola and Jimmy are informed that Angelica has been involved in a fight at the children's home. Bear Wolf finds out about Mandy working as an online dominatrix. Mackenzie tries to attack John with a plank of wood at Butler's Farm, believing he was stealing, before discovering Cain offered John a job.
14th August - After confronting Mandy, Bear tells Paddy, Marlon and Chas about Mandy working as an online dominatrix.
15th August - After initially cancelling the wedding over recent discoveries, Paddy and Mandy get married. After returning from Scotland and discovering Tom bought her a car, Belle stands up to Tom, declaring their marriage is over, unaware Tom has planted secret cameras in her home. Vinny makes amends with Gabby and they sleep together.
16th August - To get closer to Belle, Tom deliberately runs over Piper, before lying to Belle that he found her and rushes her to the vets.
19th August - Belle is told that Piper has died. After speaking with Tom, Belle realises that Tom was the one who ran over Piper. After hearing that Jai is selling his shares in Hawksford Outdoor Pursuits, Laurel teams up with Gabby to buy the shares.
20th August - Jai discovers Laurel is looking to buy his shares in Hawksford Outdoor Pursuit. After holding a funeral for Piper, Tom subtly confesses to Belle that he ran over Piper. Belle later goes to the police station to request to investigate Tom under Clare's Law.
21st August - At a mediation meeting, Jai reveals to Laurel that he's sold Holdgate Farm to Priya Sharma and Tenant House to Liam. Tom sneaks into Dale Head and installs malware on Belle's laptop, later discovering she's been researching domestic abuse. Piper is revealed to be alive and is secretly given away to another couple by Tom.
22nd August - At her 30th birthday, Ella is confronted and verbally attacked by Joanne's cousin Gary. After later having a breakdown, Ella attacks Wendy and vandalises Brook Cottage Surgery to get herself arrested. To get back at Jai for his treatment of Laurel, Gabby and Nicola have the furniture at Holdgate Farm secretly removed.
23rd August - Ella is released without charge after Liam and Manpreet convince Wendy to drop the charges. Liam later offers Ella a room at Tenant House.
26th August - After Will texts Dawn from Rose's phone, Dawn reveals that she's known the truth about Will and Kim's lies for weeks. Flashbacks reveal Dawn as the mystery person who confronted Rose after Will and Kim dumped her on the side of a road. Rose confesses to Dawn about her deal with Ruby, spiking Dawn's drink and sleeping with Will. After revealing Rose is alive and that she dropped her off at the airport, Dawn disowns Will and moves out with Billy and the kids to Holdgate Farm.
27th August - After witnessing Jai mocking Victoria, John threatens him and hurts his hand. After overhearing Moira and Nate, Cain wrongly accuses them of having an another affair. Caleb sabotages Home James Haulage by secretly pouring red diesel into the trucks. On her own, Moira suddenly collapses and has a seizure.
29th August - Arthur Thomas returns to the village after spending months in Australia visiting his grandad Doug Potts. Mackenzie is attacked by a bull at Butler's Farm, and later collapses at home and is rushed to hospital. During a confrontation, Aaron and John end up kissing in the barn, but are walked in on by Victoria. Will receives a blackmail note.
30th August - After Mackenzie accuses John of causing the bull attack, Moira realises she was to blame and confesses. After receiving the blackmail note, Will confides in Jimmy that he slept with Rose.
2nd September - Belle discovers her application to investigate Tom under Clare's Law has been declined. After a comment from Tom, Belle suspects Tom has been spying on her laptop. Nate confides in Mackenzie that he's been offered a job in Scotland.
3rd September - Belle breaks into Victoria Cottage and steals Tom's laptop to delete compromising photos of her, but Tom sneaks into Dale Head and steals it back. Will's blackmailer makes and sends him a deepfake video of himself.
4th September - After overseeing Ruby flirt with Cain, Moira accuses her of having an affair with him and headbutts her. Frankie Robinson goes missing when Tracy and Vanessa turn a blind eye, but she is found by Ella. Later, Tracy confesses to Nate that she doesn't want him to move away, and they kiss.
5th September - Belle imagines future scenarios of her life. Firstly, Belle gets back together with Tom. When they arrive back at Dale Head, Belle reveals she tricked Tom to save Amelia, but as she tries to leave, Tom grabs her and rapes her. Belle, now pregnant, is reminded by Tom of their upcoming scan. Secondly, Belle tells Cain about Tom abusing her, resulting in Cain attacking Tom and getting arrested. After Cain's son Kyle Winchester blames Belle for Cain's arrest, Lydia has Belle sectioned as she doesn't believe her about Tom's abuse. Thirdly, in 2028, Belle is divorced from Tom, and Tom is now secretly abusing Amelia, with Belle repeatedly urging Amelia to leave Tom. Amelia then dies off-screen in Dale Head after being killed by Tom, and Tom is arrested, claiming Amelia died after falling down the stairs. After imaging the different possibilities of her future, Belle visits Charity at Jacobs Fold and opens up to her about Tom abusing her.
6th September - Charity tells Cain about Tom abusing Belle. After Moira tries to kiss him, which is overseen by Caleb who jumps to the wrong conclusion, Nate rejects her, before telling Tracy that he's taking the new job and wants her and Frankie to come with him, which Tracy accepts, and they reconcile.
9th September - After Caleb tells him about Moira and Nate's 'kiss', Cain confronts and viciously attacks Nate, before disowning him. Upon witnessing the confrontation, Tracy breaks up with Nate. After discovering he attacks Nate, Moira argues with Cain and slaps him, resulting in Cain telling Moira their marriage is over. Ruby confronts Moira in her barn, but Moira hallucinates thinking Ruby is Emma Barton, who she killed in 2017, and locks them both in the barn. Moira and Ruby struggle over a shotgun, resulting in Ruby being knocked unconscious and causing a fire to start in the barn. Tom sneaks into Dale Head to remove the cameras he used to spy on Belle. After being confronted by Jimmy, Tom lies that Belle has falsely accused him of abusing her. Jimmy later confronts Belle about her 'false' allegations, resulting in Rhona finding out.
11th September - As Moira and Ruby get trapped inside the burning barn, Cain, John and Mackenzie rush inside to save them. John manages to save Ruby. Cain and Moira get caught in an explosion, but are able to escape the blaze. After talking about Tom abusing Belle, Rhona and Vanessa fire Tom from Emmerdale Veterinary Surgery.
13th September - Having been hospitalised and suffered another seizure, Moira is diagnosed with a meningioma, a benign brain tumour.
19th September - Moira has another seizure in front of Isaac, who is forced to call the ambulance for her. Realising that she doesn't want Isaac and Kyle to grow up without a mother, Moira decides to undergo brain surgery after all.
26th September - Tom shows up at Wishing Well Cottage and terrorises Belle while she is on her own. Forced to escape, Belle is followed by Tom; ultimately, she stabs him in the back with an axe out of self-defence.
3rd October - Isaac "borrows" Tom's tablet from Tom's younger cousin Carl Holliday. After Moira tells Isaac off for stealing, she takes a look at the tablet and finds disturbing footage of Belle that Tom had recorded. Desperate to contact Belle, Moira drives out to find her, but gets lost and has a seizure. By the time Belle gets back to Moira, Moira has forgotten about the evidence, leaving both women upset.
7th October - Tom gets his tablet back after breaking into Isaac's house. He proceeds to destroy the tablet by smashing it up, unaware that Carl is watching him.
17th October - Zak's funeral takes place. As the family and villagers say their goodbyes, Zak's daughter Tina Dingle returns to the village after 28 years. (First appearance of Tina since 1996)
21st October - Tina is revealed to be Vinny's biological mother. Belle discover Zak knew her ordeal at the hands of Tom after Cain told him when he visited Zak in Scotland.
23rd October - Belle is arrested for violating her bail conditions.
30th October - Ross tells Charity that his ex-girlfriend Rebecca White had died from surgery complications and her son Sebastian White had been sent to live with Rebecca's aunt, in Bristol. Nicola and her stepson Carl go to the police station so Carl could report Tom for destroying his tablet.
4th November - Laurel finds a bloodied Tom outside of church. He reveals he was attacked and seemly point the fingers at Sam but later, it revealed Tom stages his attack and hired his lawyer Ollie to attack him. Ross kisses Charity but she rejected him.
27th November - Belle saw Amelia wearing same jumper as her which Tom stole it the day before. When Amelia confronts Tom, Tom lost his temper with Amelia and physically dragging her out of the King house as the police just arrives at the scene. Later, Tom is charged with coercive controlling behaviour and assault against Belle.
28th November - Tom is arrested for breaching his bail conditions after Belle put her phone into the bag during their tense confrontation nearby on a country road and then she reports him to the police. Ella finds out about Liam and Chas's relationship. During his and Brenda's engagement party, Eric tells Leyla that he’d invested all of his life savings in cryptocurrency and he’s been left with nothing.
12th December - Flashbacks reveals Ruby was sexually abused by her own dad Anthony after her 16th birthday party. Will found out about mysterious third party in his and Peter's revenge against Kim. Jimmy visits Tom in prison but he rejected his nephew after Tom put the blame on Belle.
19th December - Tom is found guilty of assault and coercive controlling behaviour towards his wife Belle.
20th December - Amelia leaves the village with Esther and her biological father Daz Spencer (who return to the village befit).
24th December - Joe Tate is revealed to be Will and Peter's mystery boss. (Joe returns since 2018)
25th December - Kim and Will's vow renewals takes place. Then, Joe Tate turns up at Home Farm, comes face to face with Kim and exposed Will's plan to ruin her up. After Joe left, Will had an heart attack during his argument with Kim. Marlon finds April gone in her bedroom.
26th December - Despite Kim and the paramedics attempts to save him, Will died from the complication of heart attack.
