1995 - A protest between the villagers and the Tates ends with most of the village being arrested.
1996 - James Tate is christened. A protest against the quarry takes place, in which Betty Eagleton is knocked unconscious by a security guard.
2000 - Diane Blackstock's ex-husband Rodney arrives in the village.
2003 - The Dingle family's dog is run over following an argument between Zak and Lisa Dingle.
2007 - Sam Dingle moves into Dale View with his son Samson.
2012 - Chas Spencer is charged with Carl King's murder.
2013 - Alan Turner dies off-screen. Cain Dingle proposes to Moira Barton, but their happiness is interrupted when Ross, the nephew of Moira's late husband, John, and also Laurel Thomas' carjacker, enters the kitchen applying pressure to a gunshot wound. Paddy Kirk admits to his wife Rhona that he slept with Chas Dingle whilst she was in rehab.
2019 - Robert Sugden is sentenced to life imprisonment with the fixed term of fourteen years for the murder of Lee Posner. Faith Dingle tells Cain Dingle and long-lost son Nate Robinson the truth about their connection which results in Cain turning his back on Nate, disowning Faith and publicly exposing Nate's true identity and affair with Cain's wife Moira.
