1990 - Kate Sugden reveals she is pregnant.
1994 - Caroline Bates returns to the village. Alan Turner proposes to Shirley Foster.
1996 - Chris Tate reveals Dave Glover's affair with Kim Tate to the Glovers.
2000 - Zoe Tate confesses to Ashley Thomas that she killed her half-brother Liam Hammond.
2002 - The Dingle van catches alight.
2004 - In revenge against Scott Windsor for refusing to give him community service at the garage, Daz Eden sets fire to some rubbish outside Scott's garage. He not long after discovers Robert Sugden and Katie Addyman half-dressed.
2005 - Chloe Atkinson tells Carl King that she is pregnant.
2012 - Hazel Rhodes leaves the village.
2013 - David Metcalfe unintentionally proposes to Priya Sharma. She gleefully accepts.
2018 - Chrissie and Lawrence White's funeral takes place. Later, Lachlan tries to kill his aunt Rebecca White in hospital by blocking the tubes. However, he has a change of heart and stops, saving Rebecca's life.
2021 - After framing Al Chapman for stealing money from Hawksford Outdoor Pursuits, Debbie Dingle and Priya Kotecha confront him for cheating on them both.
