- 1989 - Andrea Tate is born.
- 1990 - Alan Turner sacks Jock MacDonald in front of The Woolpack customers.
- 1994 - Whilst driving with Kim and Zoe Tate, Frank Tate suffers a heart attack and crashes the car into the side of a hill. First appearance of Butch Dingle.
- 2004 - Laurel Potts leaves the village to do voluntary work in Africa. Before she leaves, Ashley Thomas proposes to her.
- 2005 - Viv Windsor is arrested for the possession of drugs in the Caribbean.
- 2006 - Danny Daggert leaves the village for Portugal.
- 2007 - Debbie and Chas Dingle and Lexi Nicholls attend a jewellery unveiling at Home Farm. The three manage to steal a necklace.
- 2018 - Charity Dingle finally reveals that Ryan Stocks is her biological son. The Dingles struggle to take the news in whilst Noah Dingle rejects Ryan.
- 2021 - Tracy Metcalfe runs away whilst suffering from postnatal depression.
