31 Napier Avenue was the house that Emma Barton lived in when her long-lost son Finn Barton came looking for her in January 2015. Emma Barton moved into the house whilst her father was ill. She stayed in the house after her father's death to deal with his estate. Emma's middle son Ross Barton robbed the house to try to scare Emma into moving in with him and Finn at Dale View. In March 2016, the tenants offered to buy the house from Emma as they were expecting a baby.
