- 1949 - Joe Sugden is born to Jacob and Annie Sugden.
- 1974 - Laurel Potts is born to Doug and Hilary Potts.
- 1979 - Seth Armstrong leaves the village with his son Jimmy.
- 1994 - Reg Dawson's fellow gang member Simmy is run over by Bernard McAllister. Later, Simmy is shot dead by Reg Dawson, mistaking him for a police officer when Simmy jumps through a window. Viv Windsor is also shot during the incident.
- 2000 - Jack Sugden tells his and Sarah's children about her affair with Richie Carter. In response they refuse to see their mother and Jack disowns Sarah by telling her to stay away from their children.
- 2001 - Following the previous day's revelation, Robert Sugden leaves the village to go to Spain.
- 2011 - Rhona Goskirk gives birth to a son.
- 2016 - Gordon Livesy's funeral takes place. Later, Robert Sugden is arrested for perverting the course of justice after Liv Flaherty gets Ryan to tell the police about Robert paying him.
