Anne Windsor was the mother of Kelly and the first wife of Vic. In 1984, Anne and Vic were going through a rough patch. Anne caught her husband Vic in bed with Viv Dawson. Hysterical, Anne ran out into the street into the path of an oncoming car and was run over and killed. Kelly was only three when this event occured and didn't find out until 1998 when Vic told her the truth. In January that year, Kelly visited her mum's grave.
