Blue Merrick (born in Lancashire) has appeared in Emmerdale in four roles:
- Court welfare officer Louise Patterson in October 2000.
- Dr Keating who informed Kelly Windsor that she was pregnant after she fainted in July 2007.
- An unnamed paramedic who appeared sporadically between December 2011 and March 2018.
- Consultant Ms Attwood in September 2023.
Merrick's other television credits include Whizziwig II, A&E, A Good Thief, The Forsyte Saga, Hollyoaks, Always and Everyone as well as a recurring role Coronation Street.
