Charlie Aindow first appeared in the village in 1990. Charlie was a councilor, but was not all he seemed. The truth was that he was a dodgy councilor, and quickly got involved in equally as dodgy schemes with local villain Eric Pollard. Charlie also dated Dolly Skilbeck and she became pregnant. She aborted their baby, and her and Charlie broke up. Charlie left the village in 1992, after several on/off appearances.
