An unnamed cook took Roy Glover and Eric Pollard's order when they visited a run down cafe in London in November 1998. Roy asked how long the wait is, to which the cook responded five minutes. The cook was short with Eric, who wanted a sandwich or a salad, to which they didn't have anything he wanted.
