Dawn Wilkins was the flame of Ned Glover. She arrived in January 1999, hoping for a reconciliation with Ned. The pair reconciled and Dawn managed to convince Ned to go with her. Ned couldn't afford it but managed to accumulate the money, and moved to Ibiza to run a bar with Dawn.
