An unnamed drayman dropped off the beer for The Woolpack in May 1982. However, the beer wasn't what licensee Amos Brearly ordered and he demanded the drayman gave him the correct beer. The drayman showed Amos the order and told him to clear it up with head office. Amos still persisted in trying to get the drayman to swap the beer but the drayman told Amos he just delivers what he is told and his errors are not his problem.
