Plot[]

Part One: It's the morning after Tom's attack and the police arrive at the hospital to speak to him. Tom isn't well enough to talk yet so Jimmy and Amelia speak to DS Foy instead. Amelia is adamant it must've been Belle who attacked Tom, revealing Belle accused Tom of abusing her although insists it's all lies. She explains Tom went to Wishing Well Cottage yesterday to speak to Belle about her accusations and to beg her not to ruin his life. Jimmy comments it doesn't take a genius to work out what happened. Belle thinks she might as well hand herself in to the police but Charity reminds her that she has an alibi and Lydia insists they're not going to let Tom ruin the rest of her life. Matty temporarily moves back into Butlers Farm to keep an eye on Moira. DS Foy and DC Chester arrive at Wishing Well to speak with Belle. Belle denies she saw Tom yesterday. Isaac is missing Minty the lamb so Moira agrees to get him a flock of sheep of his own. Mack and Matty can't believe Moira's impulsivity and Mack insists it's not happening. Charity and Belle lie to DS Foy that they went on a long walk yesterday during the time Tom was attacked. DS Foy then asks Belle about her marriage to Tom but Belle is reluctant to talk about it. When DS Foy pushes her, Belle denies having anything to do with the attack and claims she doesn't know who did it. DS Foy senses the Dingles are holding something back so he reminds them if any of them know anything, now is the best time to tell him. They all stay silent. After the police leave, Charity asks Sam what he did with the axe. Sam states he buried it next to Piper. At the hospital, Tom wakes up in pain. Jimmy informs him he was attacked and asks if it was Belle.

Part Two: After learning Tom has woken up, Amelia announces in the café that Belle tried to kill him. Liam doesn't believe it. Matty and Mack panic when they realise Moira is missing. Rodney informs Charles that Laurel won't be helping out with the harvest festival anymore nor will she be serving on the parish council either. Charles isn't best pleased, especially when Claudette volunteers to take her place. DS Foy returns to the hospital to speak with Tom. Tom lies he can't remember what happened - he's in so much pain that he can't think. Mack finds Moira and is annoyed to learn she's bought Isaac the sheep. Moira is sick of being treated like a child and orders Mack to back off. PC Swirling speaks with Aaron about a warehouse robbery in Leeds as his car was caught speeding away from the scene. PC Swirling checks Aaron's car boot but there's nothing inside. Moira returns to the farmhouse and orders Matty to pack his bags. She then reveals to Isaac that she's bought him a flock of sheep. Mack and Matty are concerned by Moira's behaviour. Moira knows buying the sheep was a bad idea but explains to Mack that she wanted to make Isaac happy, and she also did it to prove a point after he forbid her from buying them. Mack insists he's just trying to protect her. After instructing Jimmy to go home, Tom phones Belle and orders her to visit him by 1pm tomorrow or he'll tell the police everything...
