Sam and Annie are unimpressed when Beattie tells Sam and Annie that the twins are sick, and Annie reminds her they won't stay with them forever. Matt feels down in the dumps after being friend zoned by Alison.
Plot[]
Matt tells Annie that Beattie's saying the twins are 'off colour'. Dry persuades Amos to let him use the timber left over from The Woolpack redesign on the Sugden's floorboards. He tells him to bill Henry. Henry arrives back from New Zealand. Sam isn't pleased when Beattie and Ben turn up at the farm without the twins announcing they aren't well and it's likely there won't be a party. Henry is annoyed with Amos when he finds out he sold the timber behind his back and left him to decide a price. Beattie's relieved when she finds out the new bedroom being made up at the farm is for Joe and not the twins, but Annie hints that the twins won't be staying with her forever. They decide to have a party when the twins are feeling better. Amos asks Alison to ask Ethel the next time she's in the shop why he's not seen her lately. Henry's suspicious when Joe tells him in the pub that Dry's gone to fetch Alison. Annie's concerned when she finds Matt sitting alone in the cowshed.
