Plot[]
Part One: Cain is still reeling after being dumped by Angie. Diane gives Nicola and Carlos the night off as her relief barmaid is due to start. Lisa is concerned over Zak's mood. Charity persuades Chris to give her a night to herself, although it's really to be with Zoe. Cain arrives at Holdgate Farm to see Angie. Len lets him in as she's having a shower having just come off duty. Cain finds Ollie revising at the kitchen table and attempts to make conversation with her. Ollie is still narked with him from when he called her stupid. Cain apologises and ends up flattering her. Diane's relief barmaid, Louise Appleton, arrives at the Woolpack. Cain is desperate for a second chance from Angie but she isn't interested.
Part Two: Louise proves to be a big hit with the menfolk of Emmerdale, with her stunning looks and memory for names. Angie tries to make up with Ollie but she just wants things to return to normal. Nicola is put out by the attention Louise is getting and cancels her night off to work behind the bar in competition with her. Chris tells Richie he can meet with a major client on his own. Cain seeks out Angie again to apologise for turning up at her home this morning. He asks her to explain her reasons for dumping him and she agrees to take a drive with him and talk things over. Lisa is further worried about Zak when he reappears after having a bath and leaves the cottage, refusing to eat with her, Sam and Belle. When Angie reiterates that things are over, Cain goes wild with rage and begins to drive like a man possessed. He loses control of the car and it crashes. Angie escapes on foot with Cain in hot pursuit, determined that if he can't have Angie - nobody can.
