Plot
Tom’s jealousy is ignited when he finds his wife-to-be having coffee with Dean. After a smart comment from Cain, Tom decides to defuse the situation before it gets out of hand and he tells Dean that he wants him to stay away from Charity. Later on, Jimmy is furious to hear that Tom has appointed Charity as Business Development Manager. Sadie takes delight in explaining that Tom wants to keep an eye on Charity because she's having an affair. Jimmy is shocked by his wife's declaration but she tells him that Tom just needs proof. Meanwhile, Andy reluctantly agrees to give Cain a couple of extra days to pay the rent despite Debbie’s refusal to explain why he has no money. Later, Debbie confesses that she is finding the sneaking around unbearable and wonders how much more she can take. Donna’s hopes of spending Christmas with Marlon are dashed when Scott agrees to go to Spain with Dawn, meaning she will be left to cope with Viv alone. Marlon suggests that Viv and Donna join the Dingles for festive celebrations.
