Plot[]
Alan appears on This Morning and makes an emotional plea to Shelley to get in touch if she is watching. Back at the village, the B&B telephone doesn't stop ringing with journalists wanting to speak to Alan. When he returns he insists he isn't up to speaking to anyone and leaves Ethan to comment on his behalf. Over in The Woolpack, Chas is excited when the policeman from the previous day pays another visit. Now on first name terms, Chas and Denzel openly flirt with one another and, as he leaves, Chas happily smiles to herself. Meanwhile, Alice and Sam grow closer as they share intimate details about their lives. Sam confides in her about running Edna over.
