Plot[]
In The Woolpack, Carl asks Louise if she is okay and she admits she has felt better. Sadie overhears and tells Louise she shouldn’t have been surprised Matthew finished with her as she hasn’t got the brains or the class to keep hold of man like Matthew. Louise is hurt and Sadie leaves with a cruel smile across her face. Meanwhile, after a lads' night out in Hotten, Marlon and Paddy arrive back at The Woolpack. Paddy, minus a wedding ring, has managed to pull Rita Brannigan, a robust thirty-something. Once he is sure that Emily will have gone to bed, Paddy takes Rita back to Smithy Cottage. Trying to be as quiet as possible, clumsy Paddy knocks over a vase and wakes his estranged wife. At the Dingles’, Zak insists that Delilah puts Jay straight as to how she feels. She tells Jay that she doesn’t want to be tied down.
