Jo gets a visit from Lee, who feels guilty after Mick accuses him of causing problems at the farm. Jo asks Lee to help her with a faulty water supply, but he has no luck and she is grateful when Andy offers to fix the broken water pump. Andy reveals that he can't get the parts until the following day and Jo worries that Andy is engineering opportunities to spend time at the farm. The Kings are still in shock after the previous day's events and are powerless to stop the bailiffs when they arrive to claim Home Farm and all of the other King properties. It looks like the family will finally have to admit defeat and leave the village. Jamie calms down a distraught TJ who is upset that Terry has forgotten to post his letter to Santa. Jamie kindly makes a 'magical' post-box so that TJ can get his letter to Santa in time. Word spreads about the powers of the post-box and Belle and Samson arrive with their own letters. TJ is miserable when he discovers his letter hasn't disappeared to Santa's house until Belle manages to convince him.
