Plot[]
A heavy silence falls upon the register office when all eyes - especially Cain's - become fixated on a speechless Charity as she struggles to repeat her vows. Everyone begins speculating over what's to come when Cain looks pleadingly at Charity. To Cain's disappointment, Charity declares that she is unable to go through with the wedding and Cain storms out, while Charity is subjected to the disapprovals of Debbie, Zak and Lisa. At the Woolpack, Debbie finally plucks up the courage to tell Charity and Cain that she and Sarah are moving to Jersey. Debbie insists that they won't change her mind and drops the bombshell that she's departing the following day. Elsewhere, Laurel and Edna are bemused when Ashley reveals that the church flowers have been stolen and presume that Thomas and Anya are responsible. The youngsters protest their innocence over the flowers, but admit responsibility about the bells and Thomas locking the church doors. Carl grounds them for a week and increases it to two when Ashley mentions the fire. When they return home, Ashley and Laurel discover that the crushed flowers have been posted through their letterbox.
