Plot

Rhona is still waiting agonisingly for her results and asks a supportive Paddy whether he'll think less of her if she's unsure what to do should the tests be positive. As Marlon, Paddy and Rhona wait nervously for the midwife to arrive, Rhona snaps at Marlon to stop saying everything will be fine. When the midwife finally confirms their fears and reveals that the baby has Down's Syndrome, Rhona gives into the news but Marlon asks for a second test. As the midwife leaves, Marlon tries to comfort Rhona, but she admits she's not sure she can have this baby - she's going to have a termination. Meanwhile, Andy comes round with flowers to apologise and Katie tells him she can't always think of his feelings and not have a love life. Later, Henshall visits her and clocks Andy's flowers. Elsewhere, the builders are dragging their heels at Dale Head and Hazel is frustrated; Mia flirts with Adam but is stunned to discover that he's taken; and Leyla's fuming when Alicia lands her with her babysitting fee for Jacob .
