Plot
Hazel, Chas, Paddy and Aaron argue outside the police station. As Pollard helps David to set up his table for meeting Leyla in the B&B later, he remembers he has yet to buy her a ring and rushes out to buy one. The villagers gossip about Aaron, Hazel and Jackson. Arriving back in the village, Jerry angry confronts Hazel and Aaron. Jackson's body is brought out of Dale Head. Bob tries to console Hazel and Aaron in the cafe, Jerry walks in and confronts them again, wanting to know why she saw fit to play God with their son. The police arrive at Butler's Farm wanting to speak with Adam. Jimmy remembers that Carl killed Tom. Leyla shows Alicia and Jacob the engagement ring she has bought for David. Alicia makes up a story about David being involved in a fight and tells her to go see him at the B&B. Aaron wonders if he and Hazel did the right thing. Chas comes to see him but he tells her to leave, she doesn't understand why he doesn't need her. Leyla arrives at the B&B, David presents her with an engagement ring box, there is a note reading 'IOU' - the shop had closed. He gets down on one knee but she pulls him up and she gets down on one knee and proposes. David says yes. Carl comforts an upset Chas and she kisses him.
