Plot[]
Charity tries to convince Cain that she wants him, but he's staggered and hurt at the depths she will sink to in order to protect Jai. Charity tries to win him round, but Cain is disgusted by her actions. Debbie arrives to see Charity pleading with Cain and she is furious when Charity says that she can prove Jai is innocent. Charity admits that Jai did mess with the brakes on Cain's car, so Debbie and Chas challenge her to explain further. Charity then tells Cain that she was there on the night he was attacked. Cain is shocked that Charity left him to die and Charity feels she's lost her family for good when Debbie and Chas are also disgusted with her. Meanwhile, Debbie is concerned to hear about Cameron's plan with the Kings, but he reassures her that he's going nowhere. Elsewhere, Ashley struggles to cope and storms into Marlon's flat thinking Laurel is there but is left humiliated upon walking in on Lizzie in the shower; Aaron reluctantly agrees to see Hazel and they sit in awkwardness as he looks at a photo of Jackson; while the atmosphere is tense at the Pollards'.
