Plot[]

Part One[]

Harriet and Billy are unsure they are going to be able to keep a guilt-ridden Will's secret as Dawn hands Lucas back to Eloise. Leanna wants to do something with Liam tonight, feeling they never spend time together anymore. They decide on a cinema trip as Leyla texts Liam to say she is free tonight. Mandy continues to push Woolpack customers to donate to the 'Free Marlon' campaign. Al makes a loaded comment about Marlon not being as innocent as everyone suspects. Tracy encourages Nate to speak to Cain. Will becomes defensive as Harriet and Billy try to talk to him about the gun again, feeling that something bad will happen if he gets rid of it. Liam tells Leyla he is unable to meet her tonight as he will be spending time with Leanna but arranges to see her tomorrow. David looks for ways to increase his profit margins, now having Theo to keep fed and watered, and decides he's going to expand his stock list to include pants and socks. Ryan arrives at the Woolpack with Rhona, revealing to Charity that he has told Rhona the truth and returned Graham's money. She is horrified and tells Rhona that Graham had been stealing the money from Kim and was a nasty piece of work and whoever did kill him did her a favour. Rhona wonders if Charity paid someone to murder Graham. Billy tells Will to get rid of the gun or he will go to the police. Charity denies having Graham murdered. Rhona suggests she own up to stealing the cash to the police but Charity is convinced that she will then be come the main suspect in Graham's death. She pleads with Rhona not to go to the police, worried about losing her children as well as Vanessa.

Part Two[]

Will reveals to Harriet that he is hiding the gun rather than getting rid of it. Cara turns up in the Woolpack and finds Nate drinking with Cain. Mandy tries to overcharge Al for his food in the pub in an effort to gain a donation from him but he refuses to pay. Mandy makes it clear that she believes Kim is the prime suspect and demands Al to come clean if he is protecting her. Al argues that he wouldn't cover for him at Marlon's expense, considering everything he has done for Ellis. Will agrees to go to counselling to deal with his fear but wants to keep the gun hidden until he gets his head straight. Leanna cancels on Liam to attend a party with a friend. Liam and Leyla arrange to meet when David leaves Leyla to look after Theo for the night while he looks into his decision to diversify. A guilty Nate admits he was the reason that Cain and Moira's marriage broke up and wants Cain to give her another chance. Will hides the gun in the glovebox of his car when he is interrupted by Dawn who wants to take him for tea. Harriet notices where he has put it. Cain warns Nate to stop talking about Moira, threatening to kill him. Cara overhears and intervenes, trying to convince Nate to walk away as Cain is too dangerous to be around. Charity suggests that Rhona go to the police and explain that Graham was stealing the money from Kim and pose the theory to them that Kim found out and had him murdered. Rhona isn't keen, wanting the police to discover the truth, not be led by a story. Harriet retrieves Will's gun and presents it to Cain, asking him if he can get rid of it.
