Plot[]
It's the morning after moving Malone's body and Will calls by Woodbine Cottage to collect Harriet's clothes to burn but Harriet has already washed them in a way she says will remove any evidence on them. Will thinks they should burn the clothes anyway but Harriet believes it'll be too suspicious. After Will leaves, a paranoid Harriet throws her clothes back in the washing machine. Ellis tries to make things up to Billy by putting his ticket to Dubai in Billy's name but Billy is so annoyed with his brother he won't hear him out. Marlon offers to talk to Billy for Ellis. Soon conversation turns to Chas and Paddy's wedding and Marlon confides in Ellis that Chas and Al had a thing a few months ago. Ellis concludes Chas must be the woman Al had the couples massage with yesterday. Mackenzie overhears Jimmy and Kim discussing a late haulage delivery in the café. After Kim leaves, Jimmy moans to Mackenzie about being stuck in the café covering for Nicola despite having a long list of deliveries to complete, so when Jimmy's back is turned, Mackenzie swipes his van keys. Ellis heads to the HOP to confront Al but is interrupted by Priya whom informs him that Al has agreed to spend Christmas at Holdgate Farm. Harriet removes her clothes from the washing machine. When she smells the garments, she loses it. Ellis confronts Chas about having an affair with Al. Andrea takes great pleasure in informing Kim that Jamie has given her full residency of Millie on condition that she keeps her mouth shut and keeps him out of prison. Jimmy notices his keys are gone and the van has disappeared along with them. Chas protests nothing happened between her and Al. Ellis realises she's telling the truth and apologises. Afterward, Ellis agrees to spend Christmas with Priya and Al at Holdgate Farm then watches with suspicion as Al follows Kim into the office. Ellis overhears Kim and Al talking and concludes Kim is Al's other woman. A frantic Harriet calls Will back to Woodbine Cottage and orders him to burn her clothes after all. Once Will has gone, a distressed Harriet smells her hands and immediately begins scrubbing them red raw. As Jimmy calls the police, Mackenzie returns to the café with the keys. He explains he did Kim's delivery as he's trying to get on Kim's good side before offering to finish the rest of the outstanding deliveries. Charity doesn't buy Mackenzie's nice guy act and wonders what he's up to. Both Billy and Ellis receive the all clear from the STI clinic. Afterward, Billy finds the confirmation of the name change on the plane ticket and the brothers make up. Whilst Billy packs his thinks, Ellis informs Marlon that Al is having an affair. Mackenzie pops into the pub after completing the deliveries. Charity send him to wash his hands then looks through his bag where she finds a warehouse manifest from one of the Haulage Company's clients. Mackenzie is forced to reveal he plans to steal from the warehouse. Charity wants to in on it too. Mackenzie doesn't want Charity as an accomplice but Charity makes it clear he has no choice but to involve her.
