- This double-length episode, consisting of two episodes combined into one but made up of two production codes, was broadcast in a one-hour slot at the earlier time of 7.00pm. The first half of this episode was originally scheduled to be broadcast on Monday 19th September but was pushed back (and merged) as no episode was shown on that day to allow for coverage of the State Funeral of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II.
