Plot[]
Part One: At Mill Cottage, PC Swirling speaks to Liv, Vinny and Mandy about Sandra. Liv is shocked to learn her mother is facing up to ten years in prison. Meanwhile at the police station, DS Nawal questions Sandra. Charity and Lydia manage to talk Noah and Amelia out of moving abroad by pointing out it won't be easy for either of them to obtain a visa so Noah and Amelia consider moving to Cornwall instead. Lydia urges the teenagers not to do anything rash, reminding them they'll need the support of their families with the baby. It looks as though Lydia and Charity are getting through to the pair but things go awry when Kerry butts in. Amelia feels Kerry is trying to control her and labels her petty and spiteful. Harriet summons Will to Woodbine Cottage and informs him Kim threatened her yesterday. Harriet believes Kim threatened her as she knows she's a threat to her relationship with Will and demands to know if Kim has any evidence that links her to Malone. Will assures Harriet that that's all dead and buried. Sandra turns up at the Mill to speak to Liv, thus breaking her bail conditions. Sandra claims she hates herself for what she's done and tries to pin all the blame on her accomplice, Terry. Liv doesn't believe a word. Sandra warns Liv that she's in danger if the police speak to Terry so begs her daughter retract her statement as it's the only way she can stop anything bad from happening.
Part Two: A tearful Liv orders Sandra hand give back her keys and leave the Mill. Sandra does. Harriet tries to talk Will out of marrying Kim. She insists Kim won't make him happy and what he has with Kim is nothing compared to what they had. Will walks out. After her run in with Amelia, Kerry drowns her sorrows. Chas and Al make plans to meet up later. Noah and Amelia inform Charity and Dan that they've decided to stay in the village. Dan assumes this means Amelia will come home but Amelia makes it clear she now classes Jacobs Fold as home. Will returns to Home Farm just in time to hear Kim informing their wedding planner Priya that she wants to throw a celebration outside the church after the wedding ceremony and invite all the villagers who aren't invited to the ceremony or reception to show them what they're missing. Will is disgusted. Al takes a drunken Kerry home. He plans to rush off to meet Chas but he reluctantly decides to stay behind when diabetic Kerry says she's feeling unwell. Meanwhile, Chas realises Al isn't going to turn up so leaves him a voicemail telling him she really needed him today. Vinny worries Terry could come after Liv but Liv doesn't think he will as Sandra would've said anything to get her to drop the charges. At the same time, Sandra meets up with Terry in a car park and informs him Liv thought she was bluffing. A furious Terry states he doesn't make empty threats - Liv will have to learn that the hard way. Tears stream down Sandra's face.
