Plot[]
Grayson unsuccessfully tries to convince Perdy that his indiscretions will never happen again. Rosemary reminds Perdy that she knew what she was signing up for when she married him. When Perdy angrily accuses her of being jealous of Grayson's love for her, the two argue with Rosemary insisting that Perdy will never be able to trust Grayson again. Having noticed the argument, Matthew approaches Perdy and encourages her to make life difficult for Rosemary; seeing this as an opportunity that would benefit him and the family too. In the meantime, Rosemary has successfully arranged for Bishop Postlethwaite to service her wedding on Christmas Day after being turned down by Ashley; she confirms this to Tom and the two celebrate in The Woolpack whereupon Ashley confronts them for the ordeal, only for Tom to offend and humiliate him for shunning down his habitualness. Meanwhile, Jean becomes increasingly weary of talk of revenge from Terry and Bob. Jean confides in Jamie that Terry and Bob's plotting is becoming an obsession, leaving TJ without the due care and attention that he needs.
