Plot[]
When Syd overhears Chloe joking to Danny that men need to be trained like dogs and she's got Syd well trained, Syd decides enough is enough and tells her that it's over. When Chloe goes after Syd and sees him with Chas she is furious. Chloe confronts them in the pub and demands that Syd comes home. Syd is not in the mood for Chloe's insults and drops a plate of food on the floor in frustration. Chloe storms off to Paul and Siobhan’s, where she leads them to believe that Syd has hit her. When Syd arrives he is mortified to discover what Chloe has told them. Val is certainly on a roll, not only does she spend the afternoon in bed with Danny, she even finds time to chat up a man at the bus stop while waiting for Rodney, who is taking her out to dinner again. When Danny suggests that they tell Rodney about their relationship Val says they should keep things under wraps because it would make Rodney feel his age if he thought he had been passed over for a younger man, she doesn’t tell Danny that she's off out with Rodney again that evening though. It's the morning after the night before and Bob is disturbed to find Dawn with a hangover from her drinking session the night before. He wants answers and Dawn admits that she is attracted to Scott and sometimes feels like walking out on Terry because things have been so difficult. That evening in the pub Bob warns Scott to stay away from his daughter, but not before Scott informs Bob that it wasn’t him who made all the running.
