An unnamed Estate Agent was spotted erecting a "To Let" sign outside of Jacobs Fold in January 2018 by Debbie Dingle who had recently been thrown out of the property by owner, Joe Tate. Debbie lost her temper and started throwing rocks through the windows and began kicking down the door. The estate agent hoped Debbie's mother Charity Dingle would talk some sense into her but instead Charity helped Debbie kick down the door. Debbie and Charity trashed the house to the shock of the estate agent. The estate agent was disgusted when Charity changed the "To Let" sign to "Toilet", indicating she relieved herself on the carpet. The estate agent called the police, and told Joe he did everything he could to stop them.
