Plot[]
Sam is forced to come out of hiding and take Samson to hospital when he develops a high fever. Sam does a runner from the hospital after the receptionist identifies him and he calls Marlon in his desperation. Marlon arranges for Sam to meet him at Tall Trees Cottage, while he sends Shane and the coppers over to the now empty abandoned cottage. Donna turns her police radio off to pacify Sam and she and Marlon talk him into giving himself up. Scarlett dismisses Lexi's attempt to make things up to her. Debbie offers to spend time with Scarlett and they hang out. Scarlett is all ears as Debbie explains how her own family betrayed her. Meanwhile, Lexi decides to move herself and Scarlett back to Home Farm. Carl tells Matthew that he's leaving Home Farm and the family business. Carl and Lexi call a truce and Carl bends her ear about the worsening relationship with his brothers. Carl has food for thought when Lexi suggests that he shouldn't let them beat him down and drive him out of the house and business. Also, Laurel returns to work; Katie makes an effort to keep her affair with Gray under wraps.
