Owen Aaronovitch (born 29th November 1956) is an English actor who appeared in Emmerdale as James Mac, an environmental health officer who investigated Mandy's Munchbox in July 1996. Aaronovitch is best known for his role as conman Jon Lindsay in Coronation Street. His other credits include Prime Suspect, The Bill, Reckless, Doctors, Cracker, A Touch of Frost, and Holby City.
Aaronovitch is married to newsreader Fiona Bruce and he is the brother of the journalist, David Aaronovitch and TV scriptwriter Ben Aaronovitch.
