Richard Wilson OBE (born Iain Carmichael Wilson; 9th July 1936) is a Scottish actor who played Matt Skilbeck's solicitor Mr Hall in February 1986.
He is best known for his role as Victor Meldrew in One Foot in the Grave, a role he played from 1990 to 2000.
