View from Hotten Road
Hotten Road is the main road that runs through Emmerdale village at the top of Main Street. The Emmerdale Veterinary Surgery, Smithy Cottage and the village cemetery are all located on Hotten Road. There is also a bus stop which regularly takes its passengers in the directions of Hotten and Robblesfield. There is a shop on the corner of Hotten Road, called Pink Flamingos and two guest houses called The Heather Lodge and The Feathers Country Hotel, respectively.
The road also runs through the village of Connelton.
