James Carlton (born 16th November 1977 in Bolton, Greater Manchester) is an English actor who appeared in Emmerdale as Jason Kirk between 1999 and 2002.
His other television credits include This Morning, The Cops, Cold Feet, Days Like These, Casualty, At Home with the Braithwaites, Where the Heart Is, Mersey Beat, Heartbeat, Peep Show, Rock Rivals, Doctors and Blue. He also presented The National Music Awards in 2003.
