James Ottaway (25th July 1908 - 16th June 1999) was an English actor who played Fred Anstey in November 1973 and October 1974.
He has also appeared in Probation Officer, Emergency-Ward 10, Justice, Z Cars, Crown Court, Angels, Grange Hill, Casualty and The Bill.
