Jenny was a receptionist on duty at Abbott Lane Surgery when Belle Dingle had an appointment with Dr Cavanagh in April 2016. Jenny informed Belle that Dr Cavanagh had been called away, but she has managed to get her an appointment with Dr Bailey instead, unaware that Belle and Dr Bailey were having a relationship. Belle did not go through with the appointment after she heard Dr Bailey telling Jenny to keep his wife on the line if she called whilst he was with a patient.
Jenny was credited as 'Receptionist' despite Dr Bailey referring to her by her first name.
