Jules Jefferson is the managing director of Bargain Vets, who hosted a vets function at the Hide Bar & Bistro in January 2024.
Throughout the function, Jules treated his personal assistant Ella Forster appallingly, made jokes at Paddy Dingle about his ex-wife Chas Dingle, unaware they were divorced, and repeatedly called Paddy's partner Mandy Dingle 'Liz'. Ella confided in Mandy, who overheard Jules giving her a warning, that she put up with him as she needed the money. When Jules made a dig about Mandy's outfit, Ella had enough and poured beer over Jules' head by way of handing in her notice. Paddy saw the aftermath of the incident and assumed Mandy was responsible for pouring the beer over Jules so had a go at her, causing Mandy to run out in tears, before Ella confessed to Paddy that she was responsible.
