Karen Louise Blick (born 25th October 1974 in Leeds, West Yorkshire) is an English actress who has portrayed Lydia Dingle in Emmerdale since September 2016. Prior to her role as Lydia, she portrayed an unnamed Nurse in August 2006.
Blick has also appeared in No Angels, Jumpin the Sharks, World Astonishing News and Nomads as well as appearing in several short films and numerous plays.
