Kevin Haynes was the friend of Derek Warner. In March 1984, Derek convinced Tom Merrick to go poaching with Derek and Kevin at the Home Farm Fish Farm, killing the fish with explosives. The trio were caught and arrested, and they ended up receiving custodial sentences.
