An unnamed landlady was dementia sufferer Ashley Thomas's version of Chas Dingle. The landlady, working in The Woolpack, takes Ashley's pint away and suggests a brew instead, questioning why the young man (Ashley's version of Aaron Dingle) had given him a pint.
