Len Arnold is the husband of Florrie Arnold. Len was fuming after Donald Hinton delivered a sermon, which he believed was made about his family. Len ended up quitting Florrie's job as Donald's cleaner on her behalf, however Len was made redundant himself and hit the bottle. Florrie made Len see that she needs the cleaning job so Len apologised to Donald and got Florrie's job back.
