Lindsey was a woman Marlon Dingle met on a dating site. They were about to go on their first date in the Woolpack, which Marlon claimed to have owned. Marlon's cousin and Woolpack owner Charity sets her straight and an unimpressed Lindsey cancels their date. Before leaving, she gives Paddy Kirk her number and asks her to call him, which he does. When Paddy and Lindsey walk into The Woolpack together, Marlon can't believe his eyes, and Lindsey is surprised to discover they are best mates. Eric Pollard senses the awkwardness and suggests they dine in his restaurant. Lindsey puts her hand on Paddy's thigh and suggests they go somewhere else - Paddy's work. She blindfolds Paddy and ties him to the cage with dog collars, before taking his phone and discovering that she's been caught in the middle of Paddy and Marlon's games! She decides to leave Paddy tied up all night, forced to drink from the rabbit's water until the next day when he was freed by co-owner Vanessa Woodfield.
