Lou was a customer at the Woolpack who hit on Ross Barton in March 2018. When Ross went to the bathroom, Rebecca White overheard Lou telling her friends that she completed the bet. Rebecca confronted her and Ross overheard Lou make a rude comment about his scar. Rebecca informs her boss Charity Dingle, who forcefully threw them out.
