PC Cooper was a police constable who investigated a shooting at Beckindale Game Farm in October 1993. He later returned in January 1994 when a plane crashed onto the village. He got into an argument with Frank Tate when Frank brought in a dead baby he found in a tree. Cooper told him off for moving "evidence", leading Frank to see red and let rip at Cooper for being insensitive.
